Nobody's Gonna Know is a Lichtenhainer. If that means nothing to you, you're in good company. It's a smoked wheat beer from a small corner of Germany, and it nearly went extinct. Most brewers have never made one. Most drinkers have never had one. We brought it back, and it won Silver at the World Beer Cup. It pours light straw and smells like woodsmoke and fresh citrus, which sounds wrong until you taste it. Wheat and barley keep it light.
