Chambre d'Amour - La Bulle Sparkling Wine

“La Bulle” is pale yellow, bright and limpid, with delicate fine bubbles.  On the nose it shows subtle aromas of white flowers, buds of blackcurrant, and sometimes a hint of sweetness. In the mouth it’s light and vivacious: gently effervescent, fresh acidity, with a balanced flavor profile of fruit and a clean, crisp finish—nothing heavy, but a pleasant clarity and drinkability.

Pairs well with shellfish, light seafood dishes, fish grillées, and fresh goat cheese. For a bit more flavor contrast, try it with tomato-garlic bread, burrata with chili or Espelette pepper, anchovies or sardines, or even lighter appetizers.
